On-the-Go Breakfast Smoothie

This smoothie is an easy on- the- go breakfast for me. My mornings are usually super early and filled with ballet classes and Gymboree classes for my daughter.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of granola or oats
  • 1 banana
  • 15 fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp all natural white sugar

Directions: 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Pour the breakfast smoothie into your favorite on-the-go mug and you are ready to start your day.

I “Confess” that sometimes I like to add kale or cucumber to make it a little more healthier
