This smoothie is an easy on- the- go breakfast for me. My mornings are usually super early and filled with ballet classes and Gymboree classes for my daughter.
- 1 cup of soy milk
- 1/2 cup of granola or oats
- 1 banana
- 15 fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp all natural white sugar
- Add all ingredients into a blender. Pour the breakfast smoothie into your favorite on-the-go mug and you are ready to start your day.
I “Confess” that sometimes I like to add kale or cucumber to make it a little more healthier
